Connects a Macintosh AAUI Ethernet port to twisted-pair 10BASE-T through an RJ-45 jack.

For this platform (bus/interface): Requires a Macintosh or network card with an AAUI port. Connect the transceiver to a twisted-pair Ethernet network that supports 10BASE-T; do not assume that a gigabit-only switch can negotiate the older link.

Joe's Computer Museum showed 29 new-old-stock PN512B units in stock on 2026-07-24. They are sold as-is without warranty. A modern gigabit-only switch may not negotiate 10BASE-T; the seller recommends a switch with explicit 10/100 support.
