Implements an experimental STM32-based USB host for operating ISA cards on an external backplane.

For this platform (exact target): The board is explicitly designed as a USB-connected ISA host using an externally powered ISA backplane. Public evidence still does not establish ISASTM's supported bus width, DMA, interrupts, clocking, tested cards, host operating systems, or an implemented VM workflow. The documented sound-card and PCem tests belong to its earlier Arduino Mega predecessor.

Treat this as an unfinished development platform, not a turnkey USB-to-ISA product. The repositories provide Revision A fabrication files and early STM32 firmware but no documented host application, VM integration, release, or end-user procedure. A linked 2020 development thread demonstrates predecessor Arduino Mega experiments with serial ISA reads and writes, isapnptools, an Aztech sound card, and PCem, but does not establish that those workflows were implemented for ISASTM. Revision A has signal-integrity and reset-pull-up errata, and USB High-Speed is untested and may not work. The required ISA backplane supplies power.
