Provides 64 KB of main RAM and 256 KB of RAMBO-compatible extended memory through a 1090XL-family expansion slot.

The page reported three cards in stock on 2026-07-27. A 1090XL or 1091XL base system is required and is not included. The PBI-memory option must remain off when the host has VBXE or Ultimate 1MB. The RAM-disable option is recommended for modern reproduction systems so other cards can map their own memory.

Installation is highly invasive and may require trace cuts, lifted or bent IC pins, motherboard timing changes, and RAS-delay tuning for a particular machine. The page groups the 600XL and 1200XL with older 800XL memory-control hardware but does not provide separate step-by-step guides for those models. No explicit project license was verified.
