Breaks out a vintage PC gameport for two joysticks plus simultaneous MIDI input and output.

The JCM page showed six units in stock on 2026-07-24. MIDI requires an MPU-401-compatible gameport, such as one on an appropriate Sound Blaster 16-era card or clone. The required male-to-female DB-15 cable is not included; a bottom insulating plate is included.
