Current kits offer several red, blue, or white display styles, or no matrix. A diffuser is included. Other 32x32 mm, 16-pin common-cathode matrices can be used if their electrical and physical layout matches.

Both assembled and tested layouts are currently listed. The full-size version offers an optional 8x8 matrix and filter; the Short Board includes eight diffused pixels and headers for up to two matrices. Up to 128 pixels are documented, and third-party displays can differ in pinout and RGB byte order.
