Drives an optional 64-pixel RGB matrix or an external addressable-LED chain.

Both assembled and tested layouts are currently listed. The full-size version offers an optional 8x8 matrix and filter; the Short Board includes eight diffused pixels and headers for up to two matrices. Up to 128 pixels are documented, and third-party displays can differ in pinout and RGB byte order.

Official construction and pinout documentation and multiple printable mounts remained downloadable on 2026-07-30. COREi64's assembled shop is closed for updates until Fall 2026, so no current prewired retail kit is claimed. Use firmware 1.10 or later and the exact 5 V wiring. The official guide warns that shorting 5 V to ground can burn a board component and applying 5 V to an FPGA pin can damage the FPGA.
