Power Macintosh G3 Minitower upgrades

Adapts a modern 24-pin ATX power supply to selected Power Macintosh G3 and PCI Graphics G4 towers.

For this system (exact model): Designed for the beige G3 Minitower. Confirm the replacement supply's dimensions, connector orientation, rail capacity, and soft-power behavior before installation.

The current product page listed the cable without an out-of-stock marker on 2026-07-24. No ATX power supply or other conversion hardware is included.

Connects modern USB HID keyboards and mice to Macintosh computers through Apple Desktop Bus.

For this system (stated family): HIDHopper basic keyboard and mouse operation was tested on a beige Power Macintosh G3. The source does not identify the exact desktop, minitower, or all-in-one enclosure used.

HIDHopper Base, Base with USB Hub Hat, and Hub Hat-only selections could be added to the JCM cart on 2026-07-24. The assembled QuokkADB Rev. 2022g remained sold out, while its Raspberry Pi Pico Community Edition remained buildable. HIDHopper's Hub Hat requires external USB-C power, must be power-cycled between Macintosh starts, and can otherwise exceed the host's ADB power budget.

Converts selected PC Radeon 7000 PCI graphics cards for classic Mac use with a Mac ROM v226 image.

The pre-flashed ROM chip and a limited set of converted used 64 MB cards were listed without an out-of-stock marker on 2026-07-24. The ROM-chip product does not include a graphics card.
