The vendor page listed A2VGA as out of stock on 2026-07-24. Its 720x480 output may not work with some older VGA monitors. Earlier hardware was NTSC-only, so confirm the revision when buying used. Do not connect it to an Apple IIgs or Macintosh merely because those machines also have 15-pin video ports; the manual warns that doing so risks damage.

Use a true PS/2 keyboard because passive USB adapters may not work.

The surviving workshop page provides a schematic, pin map, parts list, and verified build instructions, but no PCB files, kit, or explicit reuse license. It warns that a direct long-cable connection can overload and destroy the C64 CIA. The buffered design was intended for cables as long as 10 meters, although its troubleshooting section still recommends shortening a troublesome cable to about one meter.

Protovision listed 17 units from EUR 15 with a one- to two-week shipping estimate on 2026-07-30. Its news page says versions are available with or without an extension cable. Human review found no visible active components or additional documentation, but that does not prove the board is unbuffered. Ask the seller about buffering and safe cable length before using a long cable, and connect or disconnect the adapter only while the computer is powered off.

Brings the Commodore 64 Ultimate's internal user-port header to an edge connector for user-port peripherals.

The direct Commodore listing was out of stock on 2026-07-27. The connecting cable is included. The seller documents this only for the Commodore 64 Ultimate, whose user-port header is internal; an original C64 already has an external user-port edge connector and does not need this adapter.

Adds an internal SCSI connection and termination power to a Macintosh Plus by clipping over its SCSI controller chip.

The JCM page showed 18 units in stock on 2026-07-24. Installation requires opening the compact Macintosh, removing and reinstalling its logic board, routing a SCSI cable through a tight chassis gap, and supplying a separate SCSI device.
