Atari TT030 upgrades

Uses an STM32 and SD media as a mature open Atari ST hard-drive emulator with ACSI, disk-image, and GemDrive modes.

For this system (exact model): The project reports successful TT030 operation in ACSI mode. GemDrive is not tested on TT or Falcon and should not be treated as a supported TT workflow.

The upstream project describes hardware and software version 5.00 as finished and mature. Its release package contains files for ordering a compact board with assembly, but the builder must flash it initially with a 3.3 V-compatible USB-to-UART adapter and supply 5 V USB-C power, media, and an optional CR2032. Firmware 1.x, 2.x, and 3.0-or-later boards have different compatibility paths; the current compact design should use the matching current firmware. Lotharek's separate four-slot ACSI2STM Redux case design remained not yet available on 2026-07-27 and is not represented as a current assembled seller.

Adds a self-contained SAM2695 General MIDI sound module to an Atari ST-family computer's MIDI output.

For this system (bus/interface): GuMP is a standard external MIDI sound module. Confirm the TT MIDI cabling and application, connect MIDI OUT to the module, and provide separate 5 V power.

The product page exposed a login-or-register-to-buy path on 2026-07-27. The box contains the cased module with an attached short MIDI cable, but the 5 V Micro-USB supply and speakers or headphones are separate. The seller identifies Atari ST use but does not prescribe player software; choose an Atari application that sends compatible MIDI data through MIDI OUT.

The slim version fits every supported computer; the wider screw-in version has documented clearance exclusions including the Amiga 600 and Atari 1200XL. A USB mouse works only if the mouse itself supports the PS/2 protocol through a passive adapter.

Adds an RTL8019AS Ethernet interface and an ISP1160 USB controller through the Atari cartridge port.
