The page publishes no schematic, pin map, design files, license, buffering, isolation, fusing, current limit, or power-handling specification. Confirm a restock and treat every computer signal and power line as unprotected.

The C64 revision 1.0C is marked okay and publishes Eagle files, but it works only with the C64, not the C128, and a fitted CS/A card can conflict with long video or IEC plugs. For PETs, revision 1.1A was tested only in a CBM 8296 and had power and clearance problems. Later 1.2A and 1.2B layouts add 3.3 V power and more mounting options but are explicitly untested. A working 8296 Ethernet stack is documented. usb65 later lists PET plus adapter plus NetUSB 1.x as tested, although the older NetUSB page says its single PET-adapter test was not fully working and suspected a supply problem. Treat that USB path as experimental. No current assembled seller was verified.

Commodore4ever exposes current priced product variants for separate C64/128 user-port and cartridge or expansion-port boards. The user-port page documents its labeled male header and intended test uses. The expansion-board title and board label say EPB and cartridge or expansion port, but its body mistakenly describes access to the User Port and does not enumerate its signals. Human inspection found these guide breakouts to be basic passive pin extenders with no visible active components. No buffering, isolation, fusing, or current limiting is documented; exposed computer pins should not be treated as protected. Syzygy's C64 user-port version is retired and needs its selected header rows soldered.

AMI64 presented a current-priced listing on 2026-07-27. The seller explicitly excludes the Commodore 64 Ultimate and Ultimate 64. Cartridge combinations can still conflict electrically or in the memory map, so change connections only with power off and enable only known-compatible combinations.

GEOS 2.0r can use at most 2 MB; the full 4 MB needs patched GEOS 2.0r+, GEOS MP3, Wheels, or another compatible program.

The assembled Tindie cartridge was out of stock on 2026-07-24 and had been sold out since June 10, 2024. The open design remains buildable. This is geoRAM memory, not an REU: software must explicitly support geoRAM. Most C64 programs use neither expansion-memory type, and GEOS needs an added geoRAM driver on its boot disk.

Protovision showed 12 Mini X-Pander+ units in stock with a one-to-two-week shipping estimate on 2026-07-27. The seller explicitly says it is not compatible with the 1541 Ultimate 2. Two enabled cartridges must use compatible bus signals and different address ranges.

Ethernet operation depends on Atari networking software and compatible drivers; the page supplies NetUSB02 version 5, STinG 1.26, EthernE, and utility downloads.
