Adds an onboard emulation of the MOS 6581 or 8580 SID sound chip.

Surface-mount parts arrive assembled, programmed, and tested; the builder completes the through-hole kit. The default is 8580 emulation, changed to 6581 with a solder bridge. Paddle inputs and the SID voice-3 read registers are not emulated, and a decorative DIP28 chip is not included.

Emulates a YM2149, AY-3-8910, or AY-3-8912 without requiring an original sound chip.

Current kits select an emulated chip and clock frequency. The module supports the RomWBW PLAYER program and existing BASIC examples, but does not emulate the original chips' GPIO ports. A cosmetic DIP40 cover is optional.
