Juicy Crumb showed the complete $949 SE/30 Greyscale Kit out of stock on 2026-07-27, and the developer page exposed no separate public order path for current external-only cards. The nonstandard 1024 by 768 at 54 Hz mode will not sync on every display. Extra PDS cards can cause instability, and the maker warns that adapting VGA output to a vintage Apple CRT may damage the monitor.

The Juicy Crumb page showed the kit out of stock on 2026-07-24. Installation replaces the CRT and analog board and requires transferring the fan wires by desoldering or cutting. Compact Macintosh CRT and analog-board assemblies contain dangerous high voltages; use a qualified technician if you are not trained to discharge and service them safely.
