Modernizes the Applied Engineering RAMFactor design with 1 MB or 8 MB of low-power Slinky RAM and battery-backed storage.

The 1 MB version showed one unit in stock on 2026-07-24; the 8 MB version was out of stock. A CR2032 is required for battery-backed use and is explicitly omitted from the 1 MB package because of postal restrictions.
