Pyrofer's Projects lists the NTSC board and its separate C128DCR mounting tab as out of stock. The normal package uses tabs for the flat C128 and standard C128D; the differently spaced C128DCR requires the separate tab. Although the board has a PAL/NTSC selection, the seller says changing format also requires a different oscillator IC, and the listed package includes the NTSC oscillator.

DIY diagnostic ROM and loopback harness for PAL and NTSC Commodore 264-family computers.

Rob Clarke's current download directory offered Diag264 0.97 on 2026-07-30. The maker also offers a programmed EPROM at media and postage cost by email. The software is CC BY-NC-ND 4.0: unmodified personal distribution with attribution is allowed, but modification and commercial resale are prohibited. The maker warns that some third-party marketplace copies were unauthorized or modified. Loopback hardware may be resold when the attribution conditions are met.

Corrects the color-phase error in the Apple III family's NTSC composite-video signal.

JCM showed 75 units in stock on 2026-07-24. Phase 3 affects only the NTSC-compatible color-composite signal on the 15-pin video connector. It does not add color to the rear black-and-white jack, alter RGB output, or work on PAL-coded systems.

The add-on was out of stock on 2026-07-24. It is not a standalone video card and requires a compatible RamWorks III base card.

Converts NTSC composite video and analog audio from an Apple II or Apple III to an HDMI display.

The adapter was in stock and backorderable for $45 on 2026-07-30. It was not tested or intended for PAL systems. Simultaneously connecting a CRT and this adapter requires a composite impedance-matched switch box or video may degrade or disappear. The package includes generic composite, HDMI, audio-adapter, and power cables, but not a computer-specific Commodore A/V cable.

The maker's August 2021 AmiBay thread said that only a few units remained, and the thread is now closed. No current direct order path was verified. Inspect a used board for its solder-bridge configuration before relying on automatic motherboard selection.

The current project page provides build files, component links, PCB ordering routes, and a video guide under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. This is not a plug-and-play board: installation removes the RF shielding, desolders motherboard parts and jumpers, adds pins, and requires both a 6567 and 6569 VIC-II. The connected display must accept both PAL and NTSC or one switch position may produce monochrome video or no usable picture. The authors provide no warranty or installation support.
