Expands an Atari 600XL or 800XL to 320 KB through the rear parallel bus without opening the computer.

The Tindie page reported one unit in stock on 2026-07-27. A 600XL supplies power through its parallel bus. Most 800XL computers do not, so the board provides a jumper-selectable USB-C or wired 5 V input. Follow the seller's internal-versus-external power procedure and jumper setting for the exact computer.

This is a period internal card obtained used. The original package included RAM-disk software, a Z80 operating system, and CP/M documentation; verify that software and installation material are present. Opening the IIc and installing the board is required.

All three product pages showed In stock and Add to cart on 2026-07-24. Optional SIO, ECI, PBI, and DAC cables are separate. SUBCART's extra functions need ECI or PBI, and the maker does not recommend them on a machine with U1MB or another third-party internal memory expansion.

Human review confirmed that Board Only, Kit, and Fully Assembled variants could all be ordered on 2026-07-24. The page does not say that Board Only includes components; only the kit and assembled options are stated to include the full 512 KB. The board is fully tested in a Franklin Ace 2200; the broader page claim is Franklin Ace 2x00.

A KiCad archive containing the stated schematic and Gerbers is downloadable, but the page provides no bill of materials, assembly guide, firmware, electrical test results, completed installation report, or explicit license. Treat it as an unfinished engineering project for experienced builders, not a validated kit.

JCM showed one fully assembled set in stock on 2026-07-24 and also listed kit and boards-only choices. No option includes rear-panel brackets. The card set requires the documented startup software and installation procedure, and the reproduced III+II board cannot be used by itself because original conversion changes are built into the other boards.

Expands an Atari Falcon030 to 14 MB with a dedicated board populated by 50 ns DRAM.

Lotharek marks the Vulture board discontinued. Its page establishes the Falcon030 and 14 MB purpose but provides no written installation, board-revision, clearance, diagnostic, or original-memory requirements. Compare a used board against the archived photographs and obtain experienced Falcon installation guidance before fitting it.

Documents period DIY memory conversions that give an Atari 400 48 KB plus a banked 16 KB or an Atari 800 a 288 KB SuperRam configuration.

These are historical, invasive board-level modifications rather than current kits. Both require extensive disassembly, trace cuts, soldering, stacked or perfboard logic, and staged electrical testing. The authors release the instructions for public use with attribution. The Atari 800 text lists six 41256 DRAMs, while human review found only one 41256 in its rough circuit sketch. The contradiction remains unresolved: do not treat the Atari 800 parts list or sketch as an authoritative build package without reconstructing and checking the circuit.
